The rooms, despite being on the 1st floor by the lift, have hardwood floors which might not be for everyone, so remember to bring slippers. The service was exceptional, especially with the help from the staff who suggested great ways to get around and find tours. The dining experience offered a good variety, but coffee could be improved. The location was fab, offering easy access to the subway and key areas within 20 minutes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed during my stay.
